On a brisk New England March afternoon, Mike and I were like Peaches and Herb and were reunited once again for our wedding season! To say we are excited for it is the understatement of the year, and those of you that know Mike know how easily excitable he can get, right. Hah! Well to have my wedding game day opener be at The Ocean House in Watch Hill Rhode Island know how over the moon I was! Way back in the day this is the very place that my hubs Dave and I wanted to tie the proverbial know! Back then (it would be almost 13 years ago now) the Ocean House was in a state of disrepair and not accepting any weddings… sad for us!We would have still enjoyed the Shining-esq feel to our day, but sadly, it was not meant to be!

Well as they say, Onward and Upward! With caps! OK, back to the wedding season game day opener! I had the absolute thrill to work with some of my very favorite people in the industry- The White Dress by the Shore and that crazy awesome Billie Dress! Tony Palmieri of Datura a Modern Garden, Jim Altieri of Vintage Cinema and Jennie Fresa’s Beauty Library! Mike and I were also joined by the super sweet Anna Sawin for the afternoon!

Our clients Christine and Tommy got ready at the Ocean House, the ceremony was there and so was the party to follow! How is that for one stop shopping?

It seems crazy to me that here in New England we can have such pretty water, but we do!

Hey Block Island!

Easily one of the most cool suites I have ever seen: The Tower Suite in the Ocean House!!

I had quite a bit of fun photographing Tony’s flowers all day, they were so pretty!

Picture of an adorable kid? Yep. that would be Mike Romano!

That’s for you Candice!

Christine was flawless and absolutely STUNNING!

They had their first look on the verandah of the Ocean House, it was breezy but awesome!

Up in the Tower Suite the light, color and these two just left me at a loss for words!!

I am terribly scared of heights, but I took one for the team!

Christine’s bridesmaids were so fun to work with, and so beautiful!

World’s cutest ring bearer and most unique ring bearer holder by Tony of Datura!

These two are by the lovely Anna Sawin!

The way he looked when he was looking at his bride…. I just loved it!

What a day we had!

Congratulations Christine and Tommy, thank you so much for such a great day, we all had a blast!!
